BLR turns 25!

25yrs ago, BLR was created to allow ladies to participate, to create a relaxed, fun, dynamic club that stood apart from the existing club/s in Basingstoke.

To this day several of the founding members continue to give their time and effort to the club, helping it move forward and help more and more charities in the Basingstoke area.

Over the years BLR has put on some amazing events and the members of the club have also enjoyed trips and excursions, taking on various challenges for fun and in the name of Charity.

25yrs of raising money using volunteers who all see the same goal - to help others achieve a better standard of life and improve the situation they find themselves in. BLR has raised thousands of pounds during this time and helped so many charities.

From St Michaels hospice, to young carers, to children in war zones, Polio sufferers, Supporting cancer charities, food banks, young entrepreneur's, the elderly, these are just a handful of the people BLR has helped over the last quarter of a century.
